How to Become a Member or Renew Membership
We hope that once you have attended one of our monthly meetings, you will want to join our Guild.
Our main purpose as a non-profit organization is to promote and perpetuate the art of quilting. In addition, the Guild is a place to meet new people, make new friends and be inspired as you learn and grow in quilting.
The membership year starts and is renewable each January 1st. New members, as well as current Members, need to fill out and submit the Membership Application Form. Membership fees are described fully on this form. Please download it, fill it out and bring it to a Guild meeting along with a check payable to the “Quilters by the Sea Guild.” Turn it in at the Membership Table and receive your membership card and kit for use in making a nametag. If you lose your name tag and want to make a new one, here is a link to the pattern.
If you prefer, you may mail in your completed membership form along with a check for the dues using the address at the bottom of the form and pick up your membership card and nametag kit at the next Guild meeting.
On this website, we have a “For Members Section” where we will post information such as our Membership Roster, Birthday list, guild meeting calendar, Guild meeting notes and much more. It is password protected and secure. When you join, we will give you the password for use in accessing this important information.
